Returns & Exchanges

Please read carefully!

 We want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Go To Blinds.
If you would like to return an item, or you received an item that is damaged or defective, please select one of the return options so we can process your return or replacement order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS:
All custom order made shades are final and no refunds are provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise.
• Sale items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Packed in original condition with all parts and components
• In new condition with no damage
• Shades must be wrapped

Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a RESTOCKING FEE for up to 70% of the original payment.


1) LABOR CHARGE for Returns
Due to labor costs, Go To Blinds will charge to pick up returned shades.

Original installation fees must be paid by the customer regardless of the return.


2)  Shipper of Your Choice: You can return your item to us, pre-paid and insured for your protection via the shipper of your choice. Include the Invoice (ask company or salesman)
Please keep in mind that Go To Blinds cannot be responsible for any loss or damage when you select this option. Returns can only be accepted at the following address:

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Go To Blinds takes great care to ensure that we provide quality products that are packaged and delivered to reach you safely. Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully when our installer delivers your order. If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Go To Blinds or let the installer know.

• Please be prepared to provide your order number when you contact Customer Care by phone and include it in all emails and phone calls
• Do not dispose of broken or damaged items
• Please save all parts
• If possible, please include pictures of the item and packaging when emailing Go To Blinds
