All products are manufactured based on the exact measurements and specifications provided at the time of order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details submitted by the customer.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started:

• Orders can no longer be canceled
• No refunds will be issued

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Custom specifications or modifications

If your order arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly assist.

To qualify:

• The issue must be reported within 3-7 days of installation
• Clear photos or videos must be provided

Our team will review and provide a suitable resolution.

We provide warranty coverage based on product components:

• Lifetime warranty on non-motorized hardware (headrail, bottom rail, chains, clutch, etc.)
• Fabric warranty follows the fabric manufacturer
• Motorized systems follow the motor manufacturer's warranty

Customers are responsible for:
